Although I do not think that I will ever use them I have been advised on several occasions to lay underfloor heating pipes under the ground floor screed. This is very easy during conctruction and it will take a few hours and involve pipe and clips only. I can connect it up to a heat source at any future date in the unlikely event that it proves necessary.
